- 3 large oranges (peeled and sliced into wedges)
- 8 ounces dark chocolate (or milk chocolate)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 pinch sea salt (optional)
- 1 handful chopped nuts or sprinkles (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Peel the oranges and slice them into wedges, removing as much white pith as possible.
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each orange slice halfway into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
- Place dipped slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with sea salt or garnish while chocolate is wet, if desired.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until the chocolate sets.
