- 8 oz chocolate chips (dark, milk, or white)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (for smoother melting)
- Toppings (sprinkles, crushed nuts, shredded coconut, etc.)
Instructions
- Prepare your fruit by washing, peeling, and cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
- Once the chocolate is melted, grab your skewers and start assembling! Alternate the fruit pieces on the skewers.
- Dip each skewer into the melted chocolate, ensuring you coat the fruit well.
- Place the skewers on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let them cool until the chocolate hardens.
- Serve immediately or store for later!
