  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, mashed bananas, and melted butter until well combined.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir just until combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
