- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 ripe bananas mashed
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, mashed bananas, and melted butter until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir just until combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes.
- Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
