- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cut the croissants in half and layer them in the baking dish, cut-side up.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the croissants, followed by a drizzle of caramel sauce.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Pour the egg mixture over the croissants and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and puffed.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving, drizzling with more caramel sauce if desired.
