- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- Salt (to taste)
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the chili flakes, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix well.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan, tossing to coat them evenly in the sauce.
- Season with salt to taste. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
