Instructions
- Start by heating a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil or butter and let it melt.
- Crack the eggs into the skillet. Cook them sunny-side up or to your desired doneness, about 3-4 minutes.
- While the eggs are cooking, toast your bread slices until golden brown.
- Once the eggs are done, season them with salt and pepper.
- Spread chili crisp generously over the toast, then place the fried eggs on top.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if you like, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
