  • 1 large loaf bread (Italian or French) (for stuffing)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional herbs (like basil or oregano for flavor)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice the top off the loaf of bread to create a "lid" and hollow out the inside.
  • In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, spinach, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Drizzle olive oil into the hollowed bread and fill with the chicken-spinach mixture.
  • Replace the lid and wrap in aluminum foil.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, removing the foil for the last 10 minutes.
  • Let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
