- 1 large loaf bread (Italian or French) (for stuffing)
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Optional herbs (like basil or oregano for flavor)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the top off the loaf of bread to create a "lid" and hollow out the inside.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, spinach, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil into the hollowed bread and fill with the chicken-spinach mixture.
- Replace the lid and wrap in aluminum foil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, removing the foil for the last 10 minutes.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
