- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then sauté the chicken until cooked through.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Stir in rice and chicken broth, bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for about 15 minutes until rice is tender.
- Pour in heavy cream and Italian seasoning, stir, and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
