Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced chicken sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in diced onion and minced garlic; sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Add broccoli florets and orzo, mixing well.
- Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cover. Cook for 10-12 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, serve hot with grated Parmesan on top.
