Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Set aside.
- Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for 1 minute, then add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Return chicken to the skillet and let it simmer in the sauce for 5 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
