Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the fritters for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain excess oil on paper towels.
- Mix mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for the dip.
