Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Fry the fritters for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Drain excess oil on paper towels.
  6. Mix mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for the dip.
