- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
- 1 large head romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/2 cup croutons (optional for crunch)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Start by shredding or dicing your cooked chicken. If you’re using leftover chicken, this step is quick and easy.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, and Caesar dressing. Toss everything together until well-coated.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and croutons, if using. Toss again gently to mix.
- Lay out your tortillas on a clean surface. Spoon an even portion of the chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
