- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 pound grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- to taste Salt and pepper
- optional croutons for added crunch
Instructions
- First, grill your chicken breast until it's fully cooked. This usually takes about 6-7 minutes on each side. Make sure it’s nice and juicy!
- Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
- While the chicken is resting, prepare your tortilla. Lay it flat on a clean surface.
- Spread a generous amount of Caesar dressing on the tortilla, leaving a little space around the edges.
- Add the chopped romaine lettuce evenly over the dressing.
- Next, layer the sliced chicken on top of the lettuce.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken and lettuce. If you're adding croutons, now's the time!
- Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to create your wrap.
- Slice the wrap in half diagonally and enjoy!
