- 1 pre-made pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast (diced or shredded)
- 1 cup romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder ((optional))
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Cherry tomatoes (halved, for garnish)
- Croutons (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- If using a store-bought crust, roll it out on a baking sheet or pizza stone. If making your own, prepare the dough according to your recipe.
- Spread an even layer of Caesar dressing over the pizza crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Evenly distribute the cooked chicken over the dressing, followed by the mozzarella cheese and garlic powder.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
- Top with chopped romaine lettuce, grated Parmesan cheese, and garnish with cherry tomatoes and croutons.
- Slice and serve immediately, and enjoy your delicious Chicken Caesar Salad Pizza!
