- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Sauté the seasoned chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- While chicken cooks, mash avocado and mix with lime juice and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Remove chicken from skillet, serve hot, and drizzle with avocado sauce. Garnish with cilantro if desired.
