- 1/2 cup ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 avocado (diced (optional))
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional)
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the chicken using your preferred method, seasoning it with salt and pepper.
- Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, mix together the lettuce, tomatoes, corn, black beans, and cheese.
- Add the chicken and bacon to the salad.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the top and mix everything well.
- Top with avocado and green onions if desired. Serve immediately!
