- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives (chopped, optional)
- 12 pieces slider rolls
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and half of the cheese. Mix well.
- Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
- Spoon the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the slider rolls.
- Top with the remaining cheese and sprinkle with chives if using.
- Place the top halves of the rolls on the chicken mixture.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
