  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives (chopped, optional)
  • 12 pieces slider rolls
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and half of the cheese. Mix well.
  • Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  • Spoon the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the slider rolls.
  • Top with the remaining cheese and sprinkle with chives if using.
  • Place the top halves of the rolls on the chicken mixture.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
