- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
- 6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked pasta (penne or rotini works well)
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas and carrots are great)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
- Optional (chopped green onions for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, cooked pasta, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix everything well until all the ingredients are evenly coated with the ranch dressing.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top, making sure it’s well-covered.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
