  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (Rotisserie chicken works great!)
  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 1 cup cooked bacon (Chopped)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (Minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (Shredded)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked bacon, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the chicken mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
