- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (Rotisserie chicken works great!)
- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 1 cup cooked bacon (Chopped)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic (Minced)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (Shredded)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked bacon, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the cooked pasta to the chicken mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
