- 3 cups cooked rotini pasta
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, broccoli, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, spreading it evenly over the pasta mixture.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
