  • 3 cups cooked rotini pasta
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, broccoli, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, spreading it evenly over the pasta mixture.
  • Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
