Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare your muffin pan with liners or cooking spray.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk wet ingredients: milk, vegetable oil, and egg.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently; do not overmix.
- Fold in the chopped cherries.
- Distribute batter into the muffin pan, filling each cup two-thirds full.
- Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Allow muffins to cool for 5 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack.
