- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough ((about 13.8 ounces))
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs ((like oregano and basil))
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut the dough into 12 equal pieces.
- Flatten each piece slightly and place about a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of Parmesan in the center.
- Fold the dough over the cheese and pinch the edges to seal. Roll into a ball and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush each knot bomb with the garlic butter mixture, making sure to coat them well.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. They should smell amazing!
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with warm marinara sauce on the side.
