  • Total Time: 40

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough ((about 13.8 ounces))
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs ((like oregano and basil))
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut the dough into 12 equal pieces.
  • Flatten each piece slightly and place about a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of Parmesan in the center.
  • Fold the dough over the cheese and pinch the edges to seal. Roll into a ball and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Brush each knot bomb with the garlic butter mixture, making sure to coat them well.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. They should smell amazing!
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with warm marinara sauce on the side.
