Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté diced onions and minced garlic for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
- Add shredded cabbage and cook for 5 minutes until tender.
- Incorporate frozen hash browns, press down, and cook for 10 minutes without stirring.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, cover, and cook for another 5 minutes until melted.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika if desired, then serve hot.

- For extra flavor, consider adding cooked bacon or sausage.
