- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups pasta (elbow macaroni or rotini) (You can use any pasta you prefer.)
- 1 jar (24 ounces) marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup chopped vegetables (optional) (Like bell peppers, spinach, or mushrooms.)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning to the beef. Stir until well combined. If you're adding veggies, toss them in now!
- Combine the cooked pasta with the beef mixture in the skillet. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
