A comforting and cheesy dish perfect for family dinners!

  • Total Time: 40

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups pasta (elbow macaroni or rotini) (You can use any pasta you prefer.)
  • 1 jar (24 ounces) marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (optional) (Like bell peppers, spinach, or mushrooms.)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  • Add the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning to the beef. Stir until well combined. If you're adding veggies, toss them in now!
  • Combine the cooked pasta with the beef mixture in the skillet. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • Top with mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
