- 8 ounces chorizo sausage, casing removed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and mozzarella blend)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente; drain.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, add chorizo, and cook until browned.
- Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until translucent.
