- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 3 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (if using breadcrumbs)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli florets, cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add half of the shredded cheddar cheese to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs, if using. Drizzle olive oil over the breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
