- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Take each chicken breast and make a pocket in the side by slicing it carefully without cutting all the way through.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the cheesy broccoli mixture, ensuring it’s filled but not overflowing.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of each stuffed chicken breast for a nice crunch.
- Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a greased baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
