  • 1 pound tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 pound beef steak (flank or sirloin, sliced thin)
  • 1 medium onion (sliced)
  • 1 medium bell pepper (sliced, any color)
  • 2 cups provolone cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Sauté until they’re tender, about 4-5 minutes.
  • Stir in the cooked tortellini and Worcestershire sauce, if using. Mix until everything is well combined.
  • Top with the shredded provolone cheese. Lower the heat and cover the skillet until the cheese melts, about 3-4 minutes.
