  • 2 cups fresh strawberries (hulled and halved)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup banana slices
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • Wooden skewers ((6-inch or 12-inch))
  • Optional (chocolate drizzle or fruit syrup for serving)

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  • Prepare your fruit by washing and cutting them into appropriate sizes.
  • Take wooden skewers and layer the ingredients, starting with a piece of cheesecake followed by fruit.
  • Repeat the process with additional skewers until all ingredients are used.
  • Drizzle with chocolate or fruit syrup if desired.
