Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 package of Cheddar Bay biscuit mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the chicken mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix the Cheddar Bay biscuit mix with water until a soft dough forms.
  5. Spoon the biscuit dough over the chicken mixture.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
