- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 package of Cheddar Bay biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the chicken mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix the Cheddar Bay biscuit mix with water until a soft dough forms.
- Spoon the biscuit dough over the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
Notes
- Add extra cheese to the biscuit topping for a cheesier flavor.
- Feel free to customize the vegetables according to your preference.
