- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and brown sugar, stirring until well mixed.
- Add in the mashed bananas, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
- Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix again.
- Carefully fold in the flour until just combined; don't overmix! It’s okay if a few lumps remain.
- Gently fold in the chopped walnuts and caramel sauce, ensuring they’re evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
