  • 1 packet of fruit pectin

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the apples, removing any seeds.
  2. In a large pot, combine apples, apple cider, lemon juice, and vanilla; cook until apples soften.
  3. Add granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon; stir until dissolved.
  4. Incorporate fruit pectin, bring to a boil, and cook for 5 minutes while stirring.
  5. Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars, seal tightly, and process in a hot water bath if desired.
