A warm and gooey caramel apple cinnamon roll bake that’s perfect for breakfasts and brunches!

  • 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)
  • 2 large apples, peeled and diced (Granny Smith works great)
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon butter (for greasing the pan)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter.
  • Open the cans of cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters. Place them in the greased baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the diced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread this mixture evenly over the cinnamon rolls in the dish.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce over the apple and cinnamon roll mixture.
  • If using nuts, sprinkle them on top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and drizzle with icing from the cinnamon roll package.
