- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream (or Cool Whip)
- 2 cups diced apples (Granny Smith works well)
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- Optional: chopped nuts (for topping)
Instructions
- Start by mixing the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until well combined.
- In another mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the diced apples with cinnamon and half of the caramel sauce.
- Layer the ingredients in cups: start with graham cracker crust, followed by cheesecake filling, then the apple mixture.
- Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce on top and finish with chopped nuts.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
