  • 2 cups diced apples (Granny Smith works well)
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • Optional: chopped nuts (for topping)

Instructions

  • Start by mixing the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until well combined.
  • In another mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  • Gently fold in the whipped cream until combined.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the diced apples with cinnamon and half of the caramel sauce.
  • Layer the ingredients in cups: start with graham cracker crust, followed by cheesecake filling, then the apple mixture.
  • Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce on top and finish with chopped nuts.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
