  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Butterfly the chicken breasts by slicing them in half horizontally, creating a pocket for the stuffing.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, basil, and balsamic glaze.
  • Stuff each chicken breast with the mozzarella mixture, then secure with toothpicks if needed.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the stuffed chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
