  • 8 ounces penne pasta

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate steak tips with Cajun seasoning and olive oil for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Cook penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  3. Sear marinated steak tips in a skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side and let rest.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic, add heavy cream, and stir in Parmesan until melted.
  5. Toss cooked penne in the cheesy sauce, add steak tips, and warm through for 2-3 minutes.
