- 1 pound of steak tips (sirloin or ribeye, your choice)
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate steak tips with Cajun seasoning and olive oil for at least 10 minutes.
- Cook penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- Sear marinated steak tips in a skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side and let rest.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic, add heavy cream, and stir in Parmesan until melted.
- Toss cooked penne in the cheesy sauce, add steak tips, and warm through for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

- Feel free to adjust the Cajun seasoning to your spice preference.
- Resting the steak helps retain its juices for better flavor.
