Instructions
- Cook elbow macaroni in salted water until al dente, then drain.
- Toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning and set aside.
- Melt butter in a skillet, whisk in flour to create a roux.
- Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened.
- Stir in cheddar and mozzarella until melted and smooth.
- Add seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque.
- Combine drained pasta with the cheese sauce and shrimp.
- Serve with parsley garnish if desired.
