Instructions

  2. Toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning and set aside.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet, whisk in flour to create a roux.

  5. Stir in cheddar and mozzarella until melted and smooth.
  6. Add seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque.
