  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)

Instructions

  1. Bring chicken broth to a boil in a saucepan, stir in grits, reduce heat, and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Stir in butter, cheddar cheese, and Cajun seasoning until smooth.
