- 3 cups chicken broth

- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
Instructions
- Bring chicken broth to a boil in a saucepan, stir in grits, reduce heat, and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in butter, cheddar cheese, and Cajun seasoning until smooth.
- Sauté shrimp in a skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side and season with salt, pepper, and cayenne if desired.
- In a baking dish, layer the cheesy grits and top with cooked shrimp, green onions, and bell peppers.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through and golden.
