- 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions
- Start by preparing the shrimp. If they’re frozen, make sure to thaw them thoroughly. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper, ensuring they’re evenly coated.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
- Once the shrimp are nearly cooked, drizzle honey over them, stirring to coat evenly. Let it simmer for another minute.
- If desired, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp before serving. This adds a bright flavor that complements the dish!
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving, and enjoy!
