  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for extra heat

Instructions

  • Start by cooking the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Season the chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
