- 1 large ball of burrata cheese
- 1 baguette or ciabatta loaf
- 2 cups ripe cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and slice the bread.
- Brush bread slices with olive oil and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Combine tomatoes, basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Top each toasted bread slice with the tomato mixture and pieces of burrata.
- Drizzle with extra olive oil and serve immediately.
