Spicy and creamy Buffalo Chicken Wraps that are quick to make and perfect for lunch or dinner!

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded (rotisserie chicken works great))
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • optional sliced green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.
  • Take a tortilla and spread a tablespoon of ranch or blue cheese dressing across the center.
  • Add a generous portion of the buffalo chicken mixture on top of the dressing.
  • Layer with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cheese.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
  • Repeat with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
  • Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.
