- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded (rotisserie chicken works great))
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- optional sliced green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Take a tortilla and spread a tablespoon of ranch or blue cheese dressing across the center.
- Add a generous portion of the buffalo chicken mixture on top of the dressing.
- Layer with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cheese.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
- Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.
