  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing (for dipping)
  • Olive oil (for brushing)
  • Optional: chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated. Adjust the amount of sauce based on your spice tolerance.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface. Cut it into rectangles, about 4×6 inches each.
  • Place a tablespoon of the buffalo chicken mixture in the center of each rectangle. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal. You can also crimp with a fork for a decorative touch.
  • Brush the tops with olive oil to give them that golden finish.
