- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing (for dipping)
- Olive oil (for brushing)
- Optional: chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated. Adjust the amount of sauce based on your spice tolerance.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface. Cut it into rectangles, about 4×6 inches each.
- Place a tablespoon of the buffalo chicken mixture in the center of each rectangle. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal. You can also crimp with a fork for a decorative touch.
- Brush the tops with olive oil to give them that golden finish.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly, then serve with ranch dressing for dipping. Enjoy!
