  • 2 cups shredded chicken (cooked)
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus more for topping)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • for garnish chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until smooth.
  • Add the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and blue cheese (if using). Stir until everything is well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Top with additional shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
