Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until it turns golden brown and smells nutty. Stir frequently to avoid burning it.
- In a large bowl, combine the brown sugar and browned butter. Mix until well combined.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped apples until evenly distributed.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
