Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar (if using), Italian seasoning, garlic powder, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk together until everything is well combined. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
