Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peaches, bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate salmon in a resealable bag with the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment, place salmon skin side down, and pour remaining marinade on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
