- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup bourbon BBQ sauce
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large potatoes (for the mashed potato frosting)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- Salt and pepper to taste (for mashed potatoes)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, bourbon BBQ sauce, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Grease a cupcake pan or use liners.
- Scoop the meat mixture into the cupcake molds, filling them 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, checking with a toothpick.
- Boil peeled and chopped potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain potatoes, then mash with milk, butter, and seasoning until smooth.
- Once the cupcakes cool, frost them with the mashed potatoes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- Feel free to adjust seasoning based on preference.
- Using a piping bag can create a decorative frosting on the cupcakes.
