- 2 pounds boneless country style pork ribs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite brand)
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) or prepare the grill for medium heat.
- Pat the ribs dry and rub them with olive oil.
- Season the ribs with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- For the oven, bake the ribs on a lined baking sheet for 1 hour; for the grill, cook for about 30 minutes, flipping occasionally.
- Brush barbecue sauce over the ribs with about 10 minutes left.
- Remove from heat, let rest for a few minutes, then serve with fresh herbs if desired.
